1 التعريفات / Definitions
"الموقع" أو "نحن" يشير إلى GrabbyShop. "العميل" أو "أنت" يشير إلى أي شخص يتصفح الموقع أو يقوم بعملية شراء. "المنتجات" تشير إلى السلع المعروضة للبيع على الموقع.
"Site" or "We" refers to GrabbyShop. "Customer" or "You" refers to any person browsing the site or making a purchase. "Products" refers to the goods offered for sale on the site.
2 استخدام الموقع / Use of the Site
أنت توافق على استخدام الموقع لأغراض قانونية فقط، وعدم القيام بأي مما يلي:
- استخدام الموقع بطريقة قد تضر به أو تعطّل عمله
- تقديم معلومات كاذبة أو مضللة عند التسجيل أو الشراء
- انتهاك أي قوانين معمول بها في دولة الإمارات
You agree to use the site for lawful purposes only and not to:
- Use the site in any way that may harm or disrupt it
- Provide false or misleading information when registering or purchasing
- Violate any applicable laws in the United Arab Emirates
3 الحساب / Account
عند إنشاء حساب، أنت مسؤول عن الحفاظ على سرية بيانات الدخول الخاصة بك وعن جميع الأنشطة التي تتم من خلال حسابك. يجب إبلاغنا فوراً في حال أي استخدام غير مصرّح به.
When you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details and for all activities under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
4 الطلبات والدفع / Orders & Payment
يتم تأكيد الطلب بعد إتمام عملية الدفع بنجاح. نحتفظ بالحق في رفض أو إلغاء أي طلب في حالات معينة مثل عدم توفر المنتج أو وجود خطأ في السعر. تتم جميع المدفوعات بالدرهم الإماراتي (AED).
An order is confirmed after payment is successfully completed. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order in certain cases, such as product unavailability or pricing errors. All payments are processed in UAE Dirhams (AED).
5 الأسعار وضريبة القيمة المضافة / Prices & VAT
جميع الأسعار المعروضة بالدرهم الإماراتي وتشمل ضريبة القيمة المضافة (5%) حسب القوانين الإماراتية، ما لم يُذكر خلاف ذلك. نحتفظ بحق تعديل الأسعار في أي وقت دون إشعار مسبق.
All prices displayed are in AED and include Value Added Tax (5%) as per UAE law, unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.
6 الشحن والتوصيل / Shipping & Delivery
نقوم بتوصيل الطلبات داخل دولة الإمارات. تختلف مدة التوصيل حسب الموقع ونوع المنتج. أي تواريخ توصيل متوقعة هي تقديرية وغير ملزمة، ولا نتحمل مسؤولية التأخيرات الناتجة عن ظروف خارجة عن إرادتنا.
We deliver orders within the UAE. Delivery times vary by location and product type. Any expected delivery dates are estimates and not binding; we are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control.
7 الاسترجاع والاستبدال / Returns & Refunds
يمكنك طلب استرجاع أو استبدال المنتج خلال 7 أيام من الاستلام، بشرط أن يكون المنتج في حالته الأصلية وغير مستخدم مع تغليفه الأصلي. بعض المنتجات قد تكون غير قابلة للاسترجاع لأسباب صحية أو طبيعتها. تتم عمليات الاسترداد المالي بنفس وسيلة الدفع الأصلية.
You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receipt, provided the product is in its original, unused condition with original packaging. Some products may be non-returnable for hygiene reasons or their nature. Refunds are processed to the original payment method.
8 الضمان / Warranty
تخضع المنتجات للضمان الخاص بالمُصنّع (إن وُجد). يُرجى الاحتفاظ بالفاتورة كإثبات للشراء. لا يشمل الضمان الأضرار الناتجة عن سوء الاستخدام.
Products are subject to the manufacturer's warranty (if any). Please keep your invoice as proof of purchase. The warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse.
9 الملكية الفكرية / Intellectual Property
جميع المحتويات على الموقع — بما في ذلك الشعار، الصور، النصوص، والتصاميم — هي ملك لـ GrabbyShop ومحمية بموجب قوانين الملكية الفكرية. لا يجوز نسخها أو استخدامها دون إذن كتابي مسبق.
All content on the site — including the logo, images, text, and designs — is the property of GrabbyShop and protected by intellectual property laws. It may not be copied or used without prior written permission.
10 إخلاء المسؤولية / Limitation of Liability
نبذل قصارى جهدنا لضمان دقة المعلومات والمنتجات المعروضة، لكننا لا نضمن خلو الموقع من الأخطاء. لا نتحمل المسؤولية عن أي أضرار غير مباشرة قد تنشأ عن استخدام الموقع أو المنتجات، في حدود ما يسمح به القانون.
We make every effort to ensure the accuracy of the information and products displayed, but we do not guarantee the site is error-free. We are not liable for any indirect damages arising from the use of the site or products, to the extent permitted by law.
11 القانون الحاكم / Governing Law
تخضع هذه الشروط والأحكام لقوانين دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة، وتختص محاكم الإمارات بالنظر في أي نزاعات قد تنشأ عنها.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and the courts of the UAE have jurisdiction over any disputes arising from them.
