Welcome to GrabbyShop. These Terms & Conditions are the agreement between you and GRABBY For Online Selling (جرابي للبيع عبر الإنترنت), the licensed business that owns and operates grabbyshop.com ("GrabbyShop", "we", "our" or "us"). "You" means anyone who browses the store or places an order. By using the site or completing a purchase, you agree to these Terms — so please read them before ordering.

1. Who We Are

GrabbyShop is operated by a business registered and licensed in the Emirate of Dubai:

Member of the Dubai Chamber of Commerce & Industry. The details above are verifiable with the Dubai Department of Economy & Tourism.

2. Placing an Order

By placing an order you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and that the information you provide — name, address, phone number — is accurate. An order is confirmed once payment is completed successfully, or once we confirm it for cash-on-delivery orders.

We may refuse or cancel an order in limited cases: a product is out of stock, a clear pricing or listing error, or suspected fraud. If that happens after you have paid, we refund you in full.

3. Payment & Invoicing

All payments are in UAE Dirhams (AED). You can pay by card (Visa or Mastercard), Apple Pay, or cash on delivery. Card payments are processed by our payment providers over encrypted connections; we never see or store your full card number.

A purchase invoice is issued for every completed order and sent to your email. Keep it — it is your proof of purchase for returns and warranty.

4. Prices & Taxes

All prices are displayed in AED and include any taxes applicable under UAE law, unless stated otherwise. We may change prices at any time, but a price change never affects an order that has already been confirmed.

5. Shipping & Delivery

We deliver across all seven Emirates. Orders usually arrive within about 4 business days, depending on your location. Shipping fees are calculated from your delivery location and order value, and shown at checkout before you pay.

Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees — we are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside our control, but we will always keep you informed if your order is running late.

6. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order, provided the product is unused and in its original condition and packaging. Some products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons or due to their nature; this is indicated on the product page where it applies.

If your order arrives wrong or damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we will arrange a replacement or refund. Defective items are always replaced or refunded in line with UAE consumer protection law.

Refunds are made to the original payment method. For cash-on-delivery orders, we agree the refund route with you directly.

7. Warranty

Products covered by a manufacturer's warranty carry that warranty in full. Your purchase invoice is your proof of warranty, so keep it safe. Warranties do not cover damage caused by misuse.

8. Your Account

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity under your account. Tell us immediately if you suspect any unauthorised use.

9. Acceptable Use of the Site

You agree to use grabbyshop.com for lawful purposes only, and not to:

• Use the site in any way that could harm or disrupt it.
• Provide false or misleading information when registering or ordering.
• Violate any laws applicable in the United Arab Emirates.

10. Intellectual Property

The content of this site — our logo, photography, text and design — belongs to GrabbyShop and is protected by intellectual property law. It may not be copied or reused without our prior written permission. Trademarks of the products we sell belong to their respective owners.

11. Limitation of Liability

We work hard to keep product information and pricing accurate, but we do not guarantee the site is free of errors. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from the use of the site or the products sold on it.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes are published on this page with a new "Last updated" date, and apply to orders placed after that date.

13. Governing Law & Disputes

If something goes wrong, talk to us first — most issues are solved with a single email. Beyond that, these Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and the courts of the Emirate of Dubai have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
